Having gone to this center several times I can say my experience has been great. Special thanks to Pilar, whom I’ve done my last two cleanings with, she is amazing, two 100% painless dental cleanings!
I don't like leaving negative comments.
But I mentioned that I had an implant with an old, but functional system.
I showed him the box of models of the screws that I had to put in, but they told me no, that it was broken and I told him that there were two screws in one and they tried to convince me with professional superiority by asking me if I was a prosthetist. dental, I answer that what I have is not my own experience, well in short they get angry at me telling me that the screw is broken when it is not, but that they are old models that are no longer seen and that is why they have never seen them and are in their right not to know the old processes, but they have to listen to the client and more when the client provides the dental history reports and apart from that they provide the exact models with their respective boxes where the exact models are seen.
Total and in a long summary.
I went to tighten a screw on a crown and they told me that it was broken and that they had to break my current crown and make me a new one for +€1000 approx. from what he told me and on top of that I leave with the screw in my hand, they did have the detail of leaving it in a box, but without putting it back because they said it was broken.
I had to go to another dentist with the piece, he thought the same thing, that it was broken (because those models are no longer seen) and I didn't want to put it on, thinking that it was useless to put it on, I asked him what if he wasn't going to put it on for me? put it on and tells me that if I want, yes, she will put it on, she proceeds to put it on and they cross out the fixed crown problem solved, and I am grateful since she is a doctor if she tells me that since it is very old, she also thought it was broken, but that she also He thanks me because he has learned something new, Ah!! And I haven't had to pay anything.
Please, I know that my case is very specific, but listen to the patient that even though I am not a ''dental technician'' I know what they have done to me.
If they had tried to put that little screw back in and not leave it undone because it seemed like it was broken, as the doctor and the doctor said so much, I don't know their names or their specialties otherwise I would put them out of anger since on top of that they took away my credibility with the phrases from ''Here we are the professionals''.
We all make mistakes, even the ''professionals''
The professional is not only qualified by his skills and abilities but by active listening and verification before declaring something.
Real professionals are constantly learning.
1st photo are 3 separate pieces but they must be joined together when placing the crown on the implant
2nd photo, the screw that remains to be inserted is the one that most dental technicians, dentists or doctors believe and affirm is broken.
3rd photo final part this is how this system or model of PHIBO TSA 013.5000 and 019.5000 finally looks like
I went to get a cleaning done this afternoon. The attention of the girl at the reception was excellent, very friendly and they helped me very quickly. The clinic also looks very clean.
Regarding cleanliness I give Rubén a 10. Super attentive and dedicated. It has especially stopped my tongue retention and has removed the spots caused by the infusions. He has been very nice and very professional. I will definitely get the cleaning done at this clinic again.
